In this year, we successfully proceeded share-holder structure reform on ZMJ Hydraulic and Electronic Control Company, and promoted the BESTWAY Intelligent Control to be listed company in GEM, which further empowered the business growth. In this year, we invested in the LYC Bearing Company, which further extended our business field.

The auto parts sector is actively driving for continuous improvement in the turbulent and un-certain situation of the industry. ASIMCO’s export and new energy business have achieved remarkable results. The shock absorption and sealing business has already become the supplier of mainstream new energy vehicle brands; SEG has already worked out the transformation strategy with high-voltage electrification, meanwhile SES successfully acquired orders from top leading new energy customers, and broke through into the new energy vehicle electric drive systems industry from high-end. ZHI MA JIE once again hosted the national "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" event, further enhancing industry exposure and regional influence.
