自建设项目宣布重启近一年来，公司茶企总部与SEG厉经4个孕三十周高度协同管理合作，瞄准元上下业务部标准与相关行业最适宜实操的结合推动，为集团公司亚洲化与数字化管理化协同管理未来发展实施首要绝对路径。

Since the official launch of the project, the Group Headquarters and SEG have carried out more than four months of in-depth collaboration, focusing on the integration and deepening of diversified business needs and industry best practices, so as to establish a key path for the company's global and digital collaborative development.

At the meeting, relevant responsible persons made a detailed report on the project implementation progress, phased achievements, existing problems and key tasks for the next step. Up to now, the status quo collation and analysis of the "global template", system adaptability testing, and high-level design of the overall application architecture have been completed, laying a solid foundation for the detailed blueprint design and S4 upgrade in the next phase.
