On July 28th, the kick-off meeting of the Global MES Project was successfully held at SEG's Changsha factory. This marks a crucial step in the company's digital transformation journey.

At the meeting, the project team presented the organizational structure of Global MES, clarified the responsibilities and collaboration mechanisms of all participants, and briefly elaborated on the possible technical challenges in the subsequent stages of the project. The detailed blueprint design and implementation plan will be discussed and determined in the subsequent ToBe phase.
